Crested Butte Land Trust is seeking a Director of Advancement. This senior leadership role is
responsible for planning and executing a comprehensive fundraising program, including event
production, managing major donor relationships, and supporting board and committee
member engagement. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of non-profit fund development
experience, a passion for conservation, and strong relationship-building skills. Salary range is
$85,000–$115,000 DOE, with competitive benefits. This position is based in Crested Butte, and
the successful candidate must live in, or be able to relocate to, Gunnison County. CBLT is an
