Starry Evening Gala

Join us on Saturday, July 10th, 2027 for the 9th Annual Starry Evening Gala, an evening celebrating the extraordinary landscapes, wildlife, working ranches, and recreational spaces that make the Gunnison Valley so special.

For 35 years, the Crested Butte Land Trust has worked to conserve and care for the places we all cherish, from the Slate River Valley and Mt. Emmons to Long Lake, Lower Loop and beyond. Today, CBLT owns or holds conservation easements on nearly 7,000 acres, protecting wildlife habitat, ranching, scenic vistas, recreational access, and important riparian and wetland areas. 

Starry Evening is our annual celebration of this work and the community that makes it possible. The funds raised during this special evening provide critical support for protecting more land, caring for the places already conserved, and ensuring that the landscapes we love remain healthy and accessible for generations to come. 

This will be an unforgettable evening of dinner, music, inspiring stories, and unique live and silent auction experiences, all in support of the lands that define our valley.
